Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using FaceShift ("Service") operated by creativhouz ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FaceShift. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FaceShift to:

Create or distribute non-consensual deepfake content of any person.
Impersonate any individual for fraud, harassment, or deception.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs.
Circumvent subscription limits or authentication mechanisms.
Upload content that is illegal, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Paystack and renew automatically.
Session and usage limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Prices are displayed in USD; local currency conversion is approximate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.

4. AI & Video Processing

FaceShift uses proprietary AI infrastructure to process your video stream in real time. By using the Service you acknowledge that your video stream is transmitted to our AI processing servers for face-swap computation. We do not store, record, or retain any video or audio content from your sessions.

5. Intellectual Property

FaceShift, the FaceShift logo, and all related software are the property of creativhouz. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceShift and creativhouz are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless creativhouz, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occasionally affect the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of FaceShift after changes constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
